Frequently Asked Questions
If your vehicle is stored internally, we require 24 hour notice for you to gain access to it, this is to ensure your vehicle is ready for you (any cars blocking the vehicle, are out of the way). You can gain access during office hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. If you store your vehicle externally, we will provide you with a gate key, so you can come and go as you please.
If your storage unit is stored internally, we also require 24 hour notice for you to gain access to it, this is because the units get stacked so we need to forklift them down for you. Similar to internal vehicle storage, you can gain access during office hours. If you have the larger external units, we don't require notice to gain access, we will provide you with a gate key so you can gain access whenever you wish.
Unlike other storage facilities, we will provide you with free locks and free keys, so there won't be any nasty hidden costs.
If you can give us as much notice as possible when you're planning to vacate, we issue invoices in advance, so giving us notice will stop you being billed for the next calendar month.
Your insurance is included in the monthly cost of the storage unit.
